Returns & Exchanges

• Items are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of the original purchase or delivery date.
• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All approved returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only.

• Free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging attached.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Gift cards.
• Items returned after the 7-day exchange period.
• Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or exchange if the claim is approved.

Exchange Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item). Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your exchange will be processed.
